Do you have a minor health condition like conjunctivitis, school sores, head lice, pain or fever or a tummy bug?

Your local community pharmacy can provide a consult, advice and supply medications for minor health conditions for free until 30th September 2023!

 

Those eligible to access this free service are

- Children under the age of 14
- Whānau of any age with a child under the age of 14 who are experiencing the same symptoms as the child under 14
- Community Service Card (CSC) holders, or the dependent child of a CSC holder and is 14 to 17 years of age
- Māori and Pasifika

Other conditions the new Minor Health Conditions Service can help treat include:

- Diarrhoea
- Dehydration
- Red dry or itchy eyes
- Fungal infections, grazes, wounds on the skin
- Eczema or dermatitis
- Scabies
